摘要
某300 MW亚临界锅炉壁式再热器钢管发生开裂泄漏故障,利用宏观检验、化学成分分析、显微组织检验、腐蚀产物能谱分析及力学性能检测等试验方法,对故障原因进行了分析。确定原因为:再热器钢管内壁局部区域腐蚀结垢,使得钢管各部位换热能力差异较大,在锅炉启停或负荷大幅度变化时,钢管管壁形成较大温差,导致再热器钢管在交变热应力的作用下发生热疲劳开裂泄漏。提出在锅炉停炉期间做好停炉保养工作、加强水质处理及化验的监督力度等建议,避免类似失效再次发生。
:The steel tube of wall reheater of a 300 MW subcritical boiler has cracked and leaked.The failure causes are analyzed by means of macro inspection,chemical composition analysis,microstructure inspection,energy spectrum analysis of corrosion products and mechanical property detection.It is considered that due to the corrosion and scaling in the local area of the inner wall of the reheater steel tube,the heat exchange capacity of each part of the steel tube varies greatly.When the boiler starts and stops or the load changes greatly,large temperature difference will be formed on the steel tube wall,which leads to the thermal fatigue cracking and leakage of the reheater steel tube under the action of alternating thermal stress.This paper also puts forward suggestions and measures such as doing a good job in boiler shutdown maintenance during boiler shutdown,and strengthening the supervision of water quality treatment and testing,so as to avoid the recurrence of similar failures.
