壁式再热器裂纹原因分析及应对措施

摘要 某电厂壁式再热器在固定/滑动节点位置处12Cr1MoVG管子出现大面积横向微裂纹,对裂纹管段取样进行宏观、成分、力学、金相等分析,并结合机组供热情况、运行工况、结构布置分析壁式再热器裂纹原因。结果表明:壁式再热器滑动节点π型圆钢设计位移余量不足,导致壁式再热器管膨胀受阻,受供热负荷波动、炉膛烟气温度变化等交变荷载作用下,致使壁式再热器固定/滑动节点位置管段产生疲劳裂纹。 The 12Cr1MoVG pipe in a wall reheater of a power plant has a large area of transverse micro-cracks at the fixed/sliding joint position.The crack pipe section is sampled for macroscopic,composition,mechanical and metallographic analysis,and the crack causes are analyzed in combination with the heating condition,operating condition and structural arrangement of the unit.The results show that the insufficient design displacement margin ofπ-type round steel in the sliding node of the wall reheater leads to the expansion of the wall reheater tube,and fatigue cracks occur in the fixed/sliding node of the wall reheater under the action of alternating loads such as heating load fluctuation and furnace flue gas temperature change.
