摘要
川渝高等教育社会服务职能的发挥是成渝双城经济圈建设的重要力量。基于社会网络理论,从服务内容、服务关系、服务体系三个层面对川渝高等教育社会服务网络的构造进行分析,认为川渝高校应不断强化社会服务自网络中的强关系,发展弱关系,积极搭建“桥接关系”,增加网络的潜在规模;与此同时,还应该在双城一体化发展理念之下,以高校社会服务自网络为节点,以高校联盟为基础,努力结成双城联动的高校社会服务整体网络。为了保证此网络的形成和有效运行,川渝两地要积极构建高等教育社会服务的支撑机制。支撑机制包括以外促内的动力机制、战略协同的运行机制、战略联盟的联动机制,以及政府引领的保障机制。
The social service function of Sichuan and Chongqing higher education plays an important role in the construction of Chengdu-Chongqing twin cities economic circle.Based on social network theory,this paper analyzes the structure of the social service network of higher education in Sichuan and Chongqing from three aspects:service content,service relationship and service system,and believes that Sichuan and Chongqing universities should continuously strengthen the strong relationship in the social service self-network,develop the weak relationship,actively build a“bridging relationship”and increase the potential scale of the network.At the same time,under the concept of“two cities’integrated development”,we should take the University Social Service self network as the node and the University Alliance as the foundation,and strive to form an integrated university social service network with two cities’linkage.In order to ensure the formation and effective operation of this network,Sichuan and Chongqing should actively build a supporting mechanism for higher education social services.The supporting mechanism includes the driving mechanism of external promotion and internal promotion,the operation mechanism of strategic coordination,the linkage mechanism of strategic alliance,and the guarantee mechanism led by the government.
