摘要
目的探讨普米克令舒雾化吸入联合机械辅助排痰对小儿肺炎患儿的护理效果。方法纳入汕头市澄海区人民医院2019年1月—2020年9月收治的小儿肺炎患者83例,采用抛硬币法分为2组,研究组43例,对照组40例。对照组接受普米克令舒雾化吸入与常规护理,研究组接受普米克令舒雾化吸入联合机械辅助排痰与加强护理,对比2组患者的护理效果。结果研究组体温恢复正常、心率恢复正常、呼吸改善、咳嗽消失、肺啰音消失时间均较对照组短(P<0.05)。干预前,2组CRP相比无明显差异(P>0.05);干预后,研究组CRP低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理总有效率显著高于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论小儿肺炎患者接受普米克令舒雾化吸入联合机械辅助排痰,能有效促进疾病的好转。
Objective To explore the nursing effect of Pulmicort Respules atomization inhalation combined with mechanical assisted sputum drainage on children with pneumonia.Methods A total of 83 children with pneumonia admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to September 2020 were divided into two groups by coin toss method,43 cases in the observation group and 40 cases in the control group.The control group received Pulmicort Respules atomization inhalation and routine nursing,while the study group received Pulmicort Respules atomization inhalation combined with mechanical assisted sputum drainage and intensive nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The time of temperature recovery,heart rate recovery,respiration improvement,cough disappearance and lung rale disappearance in the study group were faster than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no difference in CRP between the study group and the control group(P>0.05).After the intervention,the CRP in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment and nursing in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in the control group.(P<0.05)。Conclusion Pulmicort Respules inhalation combined with mechanical assisted expectoration can effectively promote the improvement of the disease in children with pneumonia.
