摘要
目的探讨小儿支气管肺炎患儿应用机械排痰联合中药穴位敷贴的治疗效果。方法 76例小儿支气管肺炎患儿,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各38例。对照组实施常规治疗和中药穴位敷贴治疗,观察组实施常规治疗、中药穴位敷贴治疗和机械排痰。对比两组患儿的炎性指标[白细胞(WBC)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、降钙素原(PCT)]水平、阳性症状消失时间、住院时间和患儿家属的护理满意度。结果观察组患儿的WBC、CRP、PCT水平均低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿的阳性症状消失时间(4.6±0.7)d、住院时间(6.8±1.3)d均短于对照组的(5.3±0.9)、(9.5±1.6)d,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿家属的护理满意度为92.1%,高于对照组的73.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿支气管肺炎患儿在肺炎常规治疗的基础上应用机械排痰并联合中药穴位敷贴,可有效改善阳性症状,降低感染指标,缩短阳性症状消失时间和住院时间,提升患儿家属护理总满意度,值得推荐。
Objective To discuss the therapeutic effect of mechanical expectoration combined with acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of bronchopneumonia in children. Methods A total of 76 children with bronchopneumonia were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method, with 38 cases in each group. The control group was treated by conventional therapy and acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine, and the observation group was treated by conventional therapy, mechanical expectoration and acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine. The levels of inflammatory indexes [white blood cell(WBC), C-reactive protein(CRP) and procalcitonin], disappearance time of positive symptoms, hospitalization time and nursing satisfaction of children’s families were compared between the two groups. Results The levels of WBC, CRP and PCT of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The disappearance time of positive symptoms(4.6±0.7) d, hospitalization time(6.8±1.3) d of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(5.3±0.9) and(9.5±1.6) d, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of children’s families of the observation group was 92.1%, which was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion On the basis of conventional therapy, mechanical expectoration combined with acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine can effectively improve the positive symptoms, reduce the inflammatory indexes, shorten the reaction time of positive symptoms and hospitalization time, and improve the total satisfaction of the family members of children with bronchopneumonia, which is worth recommending.
