摘要
目的探讨多频振动治疗仪用于小儿支气管肺炎对患儿血氧降低次数及痰量的影响。方法选取2021年6月—2022年6月中国建筑第三工程局武汉中心医院收治的支气管肺炎患儿88例,根据治疗方式分为两组,每组44例。对照组接受常规抗感染、祛痰、退热等治疗,干预组在对照组的基础上接受多频振动治疗仪治疗。比较两组治疗效果、呼吸功能指标、血氧饱和度、炎性因子和不良反应情况。结果干预组治疗效果更高(P<0.05)。干预组RR较对照组低,PaO_(2)、PaO_(2)/FiO_(2)及血氧饱和度均较对照组高(P<0.05)。干预组CRP、IL-6及TNF-α指标均较对照组低(P<0.05)。干预组不良反应更少(P<0.05)。结论多频振动治疗仪治疗小儿支气管肺炎效果较好,有利于减少血氧降低次数与痰量,而且不良反应比较少,临床应用价值较高。
Objective To explore the effects of multi-frequency vibration therapy instrument on the blood oxygen reduction times and sputum volume in children with bronchopneumonia.Methods A total of 88 children with bronchopneumonia admitted to Wuhan Central Hospital of China Construction Third Engineering Bureau from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to treatment methods,with 44 cases in each group.The control group received routine anti-infection,expectorant and antifebrile treatment,and the intervention group received multi-frequency vibration therapy on the basis of the control group.Compare the treatment efficacy,respiratory function indicators,blood oxygen saturation,inflammatory factors,and adverse reactions between the two groups.Results The therapeutic effect of intervention group was higher(P<0.05).The RR of the intervention group was lower than that of the control group,and PaO_(2),PaO_(2)/FiO_(2),and blood oxygen saturation were all higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Intervention group CRP,IL-6,and TNF-αThe indicators were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).There were fewer adverse reactions in the intervention group(P<0.05).Conclusion Multi-frequency vibration therapy apparatus is effective in the treatment of bronchophenitis in children,which is beneficial to reduce the number of blood oxygen reduction and sputum volume,and has less adverse reactions,and has high clinical application value.
