摘要
为了提高酿酒工程专业课程实施质量与效果,培养高素质应用型人才,我校从专业课程体系、人才培养模式、课堂教学体系、实践教学模式、师资队伍结构五个层次,提出酿酒工程专业多层次建设改革路径,形成了卓有成效的专业培养体系,取得了人才培养和学科建设的明显成效,旨在为酿酒工程专业建设提供参考。
In order to improve the teaching quality of the liquor-making engineering curriculum,and to cultivate high-quality application-oriented talents,our school has carried out multi-level reformation and construction of the liquor-making engineering curriculum from the aspects of the curriculum system,the student training mode,the classroom teaching methods,the practical teaching methods,and the teaching staff structure.An effective professional training system has been formed,and remarkable achievements have been made in talents training and curriculum construction.
