有机硅合成革涂层的原位构建及其性能 被引量:2

In situ construction and performance of organosilicon synthetic leather coating

摘要 为实现合成革涂层材料的以“硅”代“碳”,以端乙烯基硅油(^(Vi)PDMS^(Vi))、侧含氢硅油(PMHS)、侧乙烯基硅油(^(Vi)PMVS^(Vi))、白炭黑为原料,在热诱导下原位聚合制备了有机硅(PDMS)聚合物涂膜,并将其与基布贴合制备了有机硅合成革。通过FTIR、电子万能试验机对PDMS聚合物涂膜进行了表征和力学性能测试,探究了^(Vi)PDMS^(Vi)、PMHS活性氢、双键与活性氢物质的量比、^(Vi)PMVS^(Vi)及白炭黑对PDMS聚合物涂膜的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率及硬度的影响。对有机硅合成革涂层进行了热性能、低温曲挠性、耐磨性、疏水防污性测试。结果表明,^(Vi)PMVS^(Vi)和白炭黑的质量分数分别为7%和40%时,PDMS聚合物涂膜力学性能提升最为显著,优化条件下制得的PDMS聚合物涂膜拉伸强度为5.96 MPa,断裂伸长率为481%,合成革涂层表现出优异的低温曲挠性、耐磨性、疏水及防污性。 In order to replace“carbon”with“silicon”for the synthetic leather coating materials,polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS)polymer coatings were prepared by in situ polymerization reaction under thermal induction using divinyl-terminated polydimethylsiloxane(^(Vi)PDMS^(Vi)),polymethylhydrosiloxane(PMHS),divinyl-terminated polymethylvinylsiloxane(^(Vi)PMVS^(Vi))and fume silica as main raw materials.Organosilicon synthetic leather was prepared by fitting PDMS polymer coating with base cloth.The structure and mechanical properties of PDMS polymer coatings were characterized by FTIR and electronic universal testing machine.The effects of^(Vi)PDMS^(Vi),PMHS active hydrogen,molar ratio of double bond to active hydrogen,^(Vi)PMVS^(Vi) and fume silica on the tensile strength,elongation at break and hardness of PDMS polymer coating were investigated.The thermal properties,low-temperature flexing,abrasive resistance,hydrophobic and antifouling properties of organosilicon synthetic leather coating were tested.The results showed that when the mass fraction of^(Vi)PMVS^(Vi) and fume silica was 7%and 40%respectively,the mechanical properties of PDMS polymer coating film were improved most significantly.The tensile strength of the PDMS polymer coating prepared under the optimized conditions was 5.96 MPa and the elongation at break was 481%.The synthetic leather coating exhibited excellent low-temperature flexing,abrasive resistance,hydrophobic and anti-fouling properties.
