摘要
以端侧含氢硅油XL-1341、烯丙基缩水甘油醚、γ-甲基丙烯酰氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH-570)为原料,制得了含硅氢基、环氧基、烷氧基的高粘接性大分子有机硅增粘剂PHMS-1。采用红外光谱、热重分析及力学性能测试对PHMS-1的结构及不同原料配比的增粘剂对加成型液体硅橡胶的粘接性能的影响以及PHMS-1用量对硅橡胶性能的影响进行了研究,并将其与KH-570及国外优质增粘剂作了粘接强度对比。结果表明:当PHMS-1的添加质量分数为1.2%时,加成型液体硅橡胶与铝板的粘接性能最好,此时硅橡胶的拉伸强度达到2.6 MPa,断裂伸长率达903%,邵尔A硬度为12。PHMS-1的增粘效果远高于KH-570,且已接近国外优异增粘剂水平。
The highly adhesive macromolecular silicone tackifier PHMS-1 containing alkoxy group,epoxy group and hydrosilyl group was synthesized from end side hydrogenated silicone oil XL-1341,allyl glycidyl ether andγ-methacryloyloxypropyl trimethoxysilane(KH-570).The structure of PHMS-1 was analyzed,and the effects of different proportions of the binder on the adhesion properties of addition-type liquid silicone rubber were studied.The effects of PHMS-1 content on the properties of silicone rubber were also studied.The bond strength was compared with that of KH-570 and foreign excellent tackifier.The results showed that when PHMS-1 dosage was1.2 wt%,the adhesive properties of addition-type liquid silicone rubber and aluminum plate were good.The tensile strength,elongation at break and shore A hardness of silicone rubber could reach 2.6 MPa,903%and 12,respectively.The tackifying effect of PHMS-1was much higher than that of KH-570,and it was close to the level of foreign excellent tackifier.
