摘要 二聚酸二异氰酸酯(DDI)是一种具有二聚脂肪酸主链结构的脂肪(环)族异氰酸酯,具有低碳、绿色、无毒的特点。介绍了DDI的主链结构、物化性能及主要合成工艺叠氮法和伯胺法,建议国内相关企业大力开展DDI的制备和应用研究。 The dimer acid diisocyanate (DDI) is a kind of aliphatic (cyclo) isocyanate with dimer fatty acid main chain structure, and possesses the characteristics of low carbon, green and non-toxicity. The main chain structure, physico-chemical properties and main synthesis processes including azide method and primary amine method of DDI are introduced. It is suggested that the preparation and appli'cation investigation of DDI should be developed strongly by the domestic related enterprises.
