摘要
目的研究玻璃体切除术联合硅油填充治疗复杂性视网膜脱离术后舒适护理。方法选择2018年2月至2019年2月医院收治的108例复杂性视网膜脱离患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组患者54例。所有患者均采取玻璃体切除联合硅油填充的治疗方法,对照组术后采取常规护理,观察组术后采取舒适护理。比较两组患者术后出现不良反应的情况,并对比两组的护理满意度。结果观察组不良反应中,疼痛70.37%、焦虑59.26%、眼睑水肿66.67%、眼压升高7.41%,分别低于对照组疼痛92.59%、焦虑85.19%、眼睑水肿96.30%、眼压升高29.63%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理总满意率92.59%高于对照组70.37%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对复杂性视网膜脱离患者,采用玻璃体切除联合硅油填充的方法治疗,术后采取舒适护理的方法,能够减少各种不良反应,提高患者护理满意度,具有重要的临床意义。
Objective to comfortable nursing of vitrectomy combined with silicone oil filling in treatment of complex retinal detachment.Methods Choose 108 cases complex retinal detachment patients admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019,divide them into control group and observation group randomly,54 cases in each group.Treat them with vitrectomy combined with silicone oil filling.Control group received routine nursing after operation,and observation group received comfortable nursing after operation.Compare postoperative adverse reactions and nursing satisfaction of two groups.Results Among adverse reactions in observation group,pain accouts for 70.37%,anxiety from 59.26%,eyelid edema for 66.67%,and intraocular pressure increased by 7.41%,lower than control group,including pain for 92.59%,anxiety for 85.19%,eyelid edema for 96.30%,and 29.63%increase of intraocular pressure,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Total satisfaction rate of nursing in observation group was 92.59%higher than 70.37%of control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Vitrectomy combined with silicone oil filling and comfortable nursing after surgery can reduce various adverse reactions and improve nursing satisfaction of complicated retinal detachment patients,with important clinical significance.
