摘要
目的探究舒适护理模式在视网膜脱离患者中的应用。方法将2017年9月至2018年9月在四川省德阳市人民医院进行视网膜脱离治疗的140例患者作为研究对象,我们在征求了所有患者及其家属的同意后,将其随机分成对照组和实验组两组,其中对照组70例患者、实验组70例患者。对70例对照组患者在我院治疗后采用常规护理模式;对70例实验组患者在采用常规护理的基础上,实施舒适护理模式的方法进行护理。观察对比两组患者在视网膜脱离后的复位时间、治愈半年后的并发症发生率以及统计治疗总有效率。结果对照组视网膜脱离患者复位平均时间在(31.4±4.5)天,并发症患者有5例(1例青光眼患者、2例葡萄膜炎患者、2例视网膜下积液患者),并发症发生率在7.14%,总有效率为78..6%;实验组视网膜脱离患者复位平均时间在(11.8±4.6)天,并发症患者1例(出现1例青光眼患者),并发症发生率在1.43%,总有效率为90.4%,以上数据经检验具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理模式对视网膜脱离患者来说,能缩短视网膜复位时间,降低治疗后的并发症发生率,综合治疗效果强于常规护理模式,总之,对视网膜脱离患者来说,采用舒适护理模式是值得推广应用的一种有效辅助措施。
Objective to explore application of comfortable nursing mode in retinal detachment patients.Methods treat 140 cases retinal detachment patients in Deyang People’s Hospital of Sichuan from September 2017 to September 2018 as research objects,divide them into control group and experimental group randomly after obtaining consent of all patients and their families,including 70 cases in control group and 70 cases in experimental group.Control group was treated in our hospital with routine nursing mode,and experimental group with comfortable nursing mode on the basis of routine nursing.Observe and compare reduction time of two groups after retinal detachment,complications incidence after half a year of cure and total effective rate of statistical treatment of two groups.Results in control group,average reduction time of retinal detachment patients was(31.4±4.5)days;5 cases showed complications(1 case of glaucoma,2 cases of uveitis,2 cases of subretinal effusion),with complications incidence of 7.14%,total effective rate of 78.6%;in experimental group,average reduction time of retinal detachment patients was(11.8±4.6)days;1 cases showed complications of glaucoma,with complications incidence of 1.43%,total effective rate of 90.4%.Data were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion comfortable nursing mode can shorten retinal reattachment time,reduce complications incidence after treatment of retinal detachment patients,with better effect of comprehensive treatment than routine nursing mode.In short,comfortable nursing mode is an effective auxiliary measure for retinal detachment patients,which is worthy of promotion and application.
