摘要
该文以“双创”为背景,从师资团队构建的重要性、作用以及当下我国师资团队构建所存在的问题这3个方面,阐述了“双创”背景下高校教师团队建设的现状。为企业建立的团体和协会,大学将提供创新培训和教育课程,以有效解决建设问题,优化教师的创业精神,提高教师的整体能力和素质,促进学校内部师资团队创新教育的可持续发展。
Taking"entrepreneurship and innovation"as the background,this paper expounds the current situation of college teacher team construction under the background of"entrepreneurship and innovation"from three aspects:the importance and role of teacher team construction and the problems existing in the construction of teacher team in China.For groups and associations established for enterprises,universities will provide innovative training and education courses to effectively solve construction problems,optimize teachers’entrepreneurial spirit,improve teachers’overall ability and quality,and promote the sustainable development of innovative education among teachers in schools.
