摘要
伴随高等教育普及化进程,高校办学规模逐渐扩大。基于我国各本科院校公布的客观统计数据,分析高校办学成就现状及其影响因素,结果表明高校办学成就存在地区差异和类型差异,东部地区和综合类高校办学成就水平相对更高。高校占地面积、藏书总量、办学层次以及师资规模与结构正向预测高校科学研究和国际竞争力水平;高校办学层次正向预测高校重大项目与成果产出。因此,需要优化高等教育资源的区域配置,加强不同类型高校之间的跨校合作,充分利用高校的物质资源,适度扩大高校研究生招生规模,合理优化高校师资规模与结构,以增强学校科研效率、提升国际竞争力。
With the popularization of China’s higher education,the scale of universities has gradually expanded.The statistics released by all the universities are analyzed to figure out the current situation and influencing factors of the achievements in their development.The results show that the eastern region and the comprehensive universities have higher achievements.The spacial coverage,the collection of books,the level of school-running and the faculty volume and structure positively predict the level of scientific research and international competitiveness of the university.The school level positively predicts the major projects and outcomes of the university.It is necessary to optimize the regional allocation of higher education resources,strengthen intercollegiate cooperation between different types of universities,make full use of the material resources of universities,appropriately expand the graduate enrollment,and rationally optimize the faculty volume and structure so as to enhance the scientific research efficiency and the international competitiveness of universities.
