摘要
建国70年来,我国优质高等教育资源省域间布局始终存在着巨大差异和失衡问题,这已成为我国高等教育发展的标志性特征,亦是高等教育学研究的重要课题。因此,有必要以历史制度主义的分析范式,对建国70年来的优质高等教育资源布局政策进行回顾,厘清历史政策脉络,追溯政策背后隐匿的制度逻辑,从而对我国优质高等教育资源省域布局未来的政策进行理性思考。
In the 70 years since the founding of the People's Republic of China,the distribution of high-quality higher education resources between provinces and regions has always been imbalanced,which has become a symbolic feature of the development of higher education in China,and it is also an important subject of higher education research.Therefore,it is necessary to review the distribution policies of high-quality higher education resources during the 70 years with the analytical paradigm of historical institutionalism,so as to clarify the historical policy context and trace the hidden institutional logic behind the policies,and to rationally reflect on the future policies of provincial distribution of high-quality higher education resources in China.
