摘要
重复经颅磁刺激(repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation,rTMS)可无创调理大脑神经活动,目前在精神疾病的治疗中正发挥着重要作用。rTMS作为药物以外一种重要的治疗手段,已广泛应用于包括抑郁症、精神分裂症、强迫症等在内的多种精神疾病的治疗。本文对rTMS在临床常见精神疾病治疗中的作用、效果和安全性等研究进行综述。
Repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation(rTMS)is an emerging non-invasive biophysical technique for brain function intervention,which is playing an important role in the treatment of mental disorders.As an important means of treatment besides drugs,rTMS has been widely used in the technology to the treatment of multiple mental disorders,including depressive disorder,schizophrenia,obsessive-compulsive disorder etc.This article reviews the effects,the therapeutic effect and safety of rTMS on clinical common mental disorders.
