摘要
废物桶无损检测(NDT)仪是核废物产生单位必须配备的重要设备之一。废物桶无损检测间处于高放射性环境,因此对于废物桶无损检测仪控制系统的可靠性和高效性设计就提出了更高的要求。针对以上要求,提出了采用冗余可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)方法和EtherCAT工业现场总线通信网络架构,对废物桶无损检测仪控制系统进行了设计和研究。重点设计了控制系统硬件、冗余PLC控制器、通信网络、下位机PLC软件和上位机画面软件等,同时设计了一系列测试试验对控制系统的要求进行验证。测试结果表明,该控制系统满足废物桶无损检测工艺流程要求,提升了废物桶无损检测仪的可靠性和高效性,具备广阔的应用前景。该研究对核废物后处理领域的废物桶无损检测仪设计有一定的启发和借鉴意义。
Waste drum non-destructive testing(NDT)instrument is one of the important equipment that must be equipped in nuclear waste generating units.The waste drum NDT room is in a highly radioactive environment,so the reliability and efficient design of the waste drum NDT control system is more demanding.In response to these requirements,a redundant programmable logic controller(PLC)approach and an EtherCAT industrial fieldbus communication network architecture are proposed to design and study the waste bin NDT control system.The focus is on the design of the control system hardware,redundant PLC controller,communication network,lower PLC software and upper screen software,etc.A series of test tests are also designed to verify the requirements of the control system.The test results show that the control system meets the requirements of the waste drum NDT process,improves the reliability and efficiency of the waste drum NDT instrument,and has broad application prospects.The study has some inspirations and implications for the design of waste drum NDT instrument in the field of nuclear waste reprocessing.
