摘要
为了对核废物桶进行自动层析γ扫描检测,针对核废物桶检测装置,构建了一套基于PLC实现四维层析γ扫描的自动检测控制系统。具体介绍系统的构成、工作原理以及对系统核心控制器件的选择,并设计了系统的控制方式,处理系统异常情况的方法。经核废物桶检测运行实验,表明系统稳定可靠、安全、操作灵活,有效地满足了核废物桶检测的需要。
In order to carry out automatic tomographic scanning assay of the nuclear waste drum, a set of automatic assay and control system based on PLC to realize four-dimensional tomography is constructed. The composition, working principle, and selection of the core control device of the system are introduced in detail. And in this paper, the design the control mode of the system and the method of handling the abnormal situation of the system are presented. The test of the assay shows the system is stable, reliable, safe and flexible, and can effectively meet the needs of nuclear waste drum assay.
