摘要
针对新疆落地红枣人工集条效率低、劳动强度大的问题,研制了一种与落地红枣捡拾机配套的红枣集条装置。重点设计了升降装置结构,并确定了仿形臂、立轴和液压缸行程等尺寸参数。通过刷束轨迹分析,得到盘刷行进速度与转速的理论关系,以盘刷转速、前倾角以及行进速度为影响因子,以红枣集条率和破损率为评价指标,在田间进行三因素三水平正交试验,验证了盘刷运动参数之间的关系。结果表明:因素主次顺序为盘刷转速、盘刷行进速度、盘刷前倾角;最佳参数组合为盘刷转速90r/min、行进速度0.7m/s、前倾角10°,此时集条率和破损率分别为97.4%、3.9%。
In order to solve the problems of low efficiency and high labor intensity of Xinjiang ground red jujube,a kind of red jujube collecting device matching with ground red jujube pickup machine was developed.In this paper,the structure of lifting device is designed and the dimension parameters such as profiling arm,vertical shaft and hydraulic cylinder stroke are determined.The theoretical relationship between the speed of the disk brush and the rotating speed is obtained by analyzing the trajectory of the brush.Taking the rotating speed,anteversion angle and traveling speed as the influencing factors,and the rate of gathering and breakage of jujube as the evaluation indexes,the orthogonal experiment of three factors and three levels was carried out in the field to verify the relationship between the motion parameters of disc brush.The results show that the order of the factors is the rotating speed of the disc brush,the traveling speed of the disc brush and the rake angle of the disc brush.The results show that when the speed of disc brush is 90r/min,the travel speed is 0.7m/s,and the rake angle is 10°,the strip setting rate and damage rate of the device are 97.4%and 3.9%,respectively.This study can provide a reference for mechanized jujube harvesting.
