摘要
目的 分析甲状腺癌临床病理特点和影响其预后的相关因素。方法 选取甲状腺癌患者76例,收集患者性别、年龄、病理类型、肿瘤大小、病灶数目等信息,分析甲状腺癌的临床病理特点和预后影响因素。结果 甲状腺癌患者以女性(59.21%)、年龄≥45岁(55.26%)为主,病理类型以乳头状腺癌(73.68%)为主,肿瘤大小以≥2 cm(64.47%)为主,病灶数目以单发(76.32%)为主,临床分期以Ⅰ~Ⅱ期(57.89%)为主。年龄、病理类型、肿瘤大小、病灶数目、临床分期、有无颈部淋巴结转移和有无远处转移是甲状腺癌患者5年生存率的影响因素(P<0.05);logistic回归分析显示,年龄≥45岁、滤泡状腺癌、肿瘤≥2 cm、病灶多发、临床分期Ⅲ~Ⅳ期、颈部淋巴结转移、远处转移是甲状腺癌患者5年生存的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论 甲状腺癌患者以女性居多、≥45岁患病率高,多为乳头状腺癌、多发病灶,肿瘤大小以≥2 cm为主,且患者5年生存率影响因素较多,临床可结合相关危险因素针对性实施防控措施。
Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics and prognostic factors of thyroid cancer patients.Methods 76 patients with thyroid cancer were selected,To collect information on sex,age,pathological type,tumor size,number of lesions,To analyze the clinical characteristics and prognostic factors of thyroid cancer patients.Results The thyroid cancer patients were mainly female(59.21%),age ≥45(55.26%),The main pathological types were papillary adenocarcinoma(73.68%),The tumor size was ≥2 cm(64.47%),The number of lesions was mainly single(76.32%),Clinical stage was stage Ⅰ~Ⅱ(57.89%) mainly.Age,pathological type,tumor size,number of lesions,clinical stage,cervical lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis were the influencing factors of 5-year survival rate of thyroid cancer patients(P<0.05);logistic regression analysis showed,age ≥45,follicular adenocarcinoma,tumor ≥2 cm、 multiple lesions,clinical stage Ⅲ~stage Ⅳ,cervical lymph node metastasis,distant metastasis are risk factors for 5-year survival in thyroid cancer patients(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical features of thyroid cancer patients are high prevalence among women and ≥ aged 45,Most of them are papillary adenocarcinoma,frequent lesions,The tumor size was ≥2 cm,And the 5-year survival rate of the patients has more factors,Clinical can be combined with relevant risk factors targeted implementation of prevention and control measures.
