家庭教养方式何以影响大学生社会情感能力?——生师互动的中介作用 被引量:13

Parenting Styles and the Influence on College Students’ Social-emotional Ability——The Mediating Role of Student-teacher Interaction

摘要 面对发展形势迅猛且复杂的现代经济社会,培养在认知技能和社会情感能力方面平衡发展的全面型人才是高等教育内涵式发展的必然要求。研究基于浙江省4462名大学生调查数据,使用结构方程模型和多重中介效应估计,探讨了家庭教养方式对大学生社会情感能力的影响以及生师互动的中介作用。研究发现,温暖型和过度保护型教养方式对大学生社会情感能力均具有显著正向影响,但温暖型教养方式的影响效应远高于过度保护型教养方式;生师互动在温暖型教养方式、过度保护型教养方式与社会情感能力关系中的中介效应显著,中介效应的比例分别为28%和67%,温暖型教养方式更多能直接影响社会情感能力,而过度保护型教养方式更多是通过生师互动间接影响社会情感能力,学校产生“替代效应”弥补家庭教养对大学生社会情感能力培育的不足;就生师互动中介效应比较而言,学习性生师互动所发挥的中介效应远高于社会性生师互动。 In the face of the rapid and complex modern economic society, it is an inevitable requirement for the connotative development of higher education to cultivate all-round talents with balanced cognitive skills and social-emotional skills. Based on the survey of 4,462 college students in Zhejiang Province, this study used Structural Equation Model(SEM) and multiple mediating effect estimation to explore the influence of parenting styles on college students’ social-emotional skills and the mediating effect of student-teacher interaction. The results indicate that both warm and overprotective parenting styles have a significant positive effect on students’ social-emotional skills, while the effect of warm parenting style is much higher than that of the overprotective parenting style. Meanwhile, student-teacher interaction mediates both the effect of the warm parenting style and that of the overprotective parenting style on social-emotional skills, with the intermediary effect proportion being28% and 67% respectively. Furthermore, the warm parenting style can more directly influence the social-emotional skills, while the overprotective style influences indirectly through student-teacher interaction, and schools produce a“substitution effect”to make up for the lack of family cultivation in college students’ social-emotional ability. Thus, in the comparison between mediating effects, academic student-teacher interaction is much higher than social student-teacher interaction.
