摘要
新冠疫情给高校毕业生就业工作带来前所未有的挑战,主要体现在就业机会的紧缩、工作方式的革新、就业渠道的转换、求职心态的调整等方面。全球疫情仍在肆虐,我国疫情防控阻击战已取得重大战略成果。疫情防控常态化和毕业生总规模高位攀升,是高校毕业生就业工作必须面临的两大课题,“云就业”模式将成为毕业生就业工作的重要形态和主要方式。本文提出,当前高校毕业生就业工作的重心,要从应对系统性风险转向适应常态化防控,聚焦需求端、供给端和服务端,创造性地做好云求职、云招聘和云服务,以更坚定的决心推进就业工作,以更有效的举措开展网络招聘,以更优化的流程改进就业服务,以更精准的指导推动生涯规划。
COVID-19 has brought unprecedented challenges to employment work of college graduates.We are experiencing greater pressure on job opportunities,working modes,employment channels and job-hunting mentality.China has scored major strategic achievements in its battle of epidemic prevention and control against the backdrop of the raging global epidemic.The normal prevention and control of the epidemic and the rising high number of graduates are the two major tasks facing employment work of college graduates.In this context,the“cloud employment”mode will serve as an important form and the main way of employment work of college graduates.This paper presents that the current focus of employment work needs to be shifted from dealing with systemic risks to adapting to regular epidemic prevention and control.In order to promote employment work with stronger determination,carry out online recruitment with extraordinary ideas,improve employment services with the most optimized process,and strengthen job hunting guidance with more accurate measures,we must develop new ways for cloud job hunting,cloud recruitment and cloud services in line with the demand,supply and service.
