摘要
新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情对我国经济发展与人民身体健康产生影响,也对我国高校毕业生就业形势与工作机制造成冲击。本文通过对当前高校毕业生就业现状与趋势的总结,分析高校毕业生就业面临的诸多挑战,并在此基础上提出应对策略,以期为缓解与解决高校毕业生就业过程中存在的问题提供参考。
The outbreak of new coronavirus pneumonia has an impact on China's economic development and people's health,but also on the employment situation and working methods of college graduates.Based on the statement of the current situation and trend of college graduates'employment after the epidemic situation,this paper analyzes the challenges faced by college graduates'employment,and puts forward some countermeasures to provide reference for alleviating and solving the problems in the process of college graduates'employment.
