摘要
就业关系千家万户,既是民生,也是国计。高校毕业生就业,关乎高等教育发展与社会安定和谐。新冠肺炎疫情对高校毕业生就业形势的影响不容忽视。基于“非典”疫情的历史回顾,比较社会外部环境变化,从高校内部环节、学生个人行为层面总结高校毕业生就业工作现状,研判新冠肺炎疫情对高校毕业生就业工作的影响,科学规划工作对策。研究发现,毕业生就业形势受新冠肺炎疫情冲击严重,主要体现在全行业竞争压力增加、国内外市场需求缩减、纯线上招聘模式受限、毕业生心理压力加大四方面,对此提出“注重一个核心、兼容两条主线、突出三个重点、改进四项工作”的“1234”就业工作新模式,以期促进高校毕业生就业工作高质量发展。
Employment,as people's livelihood and national well being,is vital to thousands of households.The employment of college graduates is related with the development of higher education and social stability.Therefore the impact of COVID-19 epidemic on the employment of college graduates cannot be neglected.Through the historical review of the SARS epidemic,the changes in social environment,current employment situation of college graduates and students' individual behaviors,the study has found that the employment of college graduates is severely hit by COVID-19 epidemic,which is mainly reflected in the increased competition pressure of the entire industry,the shrinkage of market demands at home and abroad,the limitation of pure online recruitment,and the increased psychological pressure on graduates.Thus a new model of employment is put forward to promote the high-quality employment for college graduates.
