摘要
建立了一种气相色谱法测定茶叶中毒虫畏的分析方法。样品采用丙酮进行提取,分别用液-液分配、凝胶色谱和固相萃取3种方式净化提取液,除去色素、脂类等杂质,浓缩后用气相色谱进行定量分析,气相色谱-质谱联用进行定性确认。结果表明,毒虫畏(E)-和(Z)-两种异构体分离度较好;毒虫畏在0.02~1.00μg·mL^(-1)有良好的线性关系;方法的相对标准偏差为2.3%~4.2%,回收率为88.1%~105.8%,检测限为0.001 mg·kg^(-1),质谱定性准确,可以完全满足检测的需求。
An analytical method for the determination of chlorfenvinfos in tea by gas chromatography was established.The sample was extracted by acetone,and the extract was purified by liquid-liquid partition,gel chromatography and solid phase extraction respectively to remove impurities such as pigment and lipid.After concentration,the sample was quantitatively analyzed by gas chromatography and qualitatively confirmed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.The results showed that the isomers of chlorfenvinfos(E)-and(Z)-were well separated.The concentration of chlorfenvinfos ranged from 0.02μg·mL^(-1) to 1.00μg·mL^(-1),and there was a good linear relationship.The relative standard deviation of the method was 2.3%~4.2%,the recovery rate was 88.1%~105.8%,and the detection limit was 0.001 mg·kg^(-1).The mass spectrometry is qualitative and accurate,which can completely meet the requirements of detection.
