摘要
建立火焰原子吸收光谱法测定婴儿配方乳粉中锌含量的不确定度评定方法。采用微波消解处理样品,根据数学模型计算样品中锌的含量。分析了测试过程中的不确定度来源,对各不确定度组成进行评定和量化,得到合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度。当婴儿配方乳粉中锌含量的质量分数为53.3 mg/kg时,扩展不确定度为3.8 mg/kg (k=2)。结果表明,锌含量的不确定度主要来源是样品溶液中锌浓度的测定和重复测量,其次是样品加标回收试验,其他因素引入的不确定度分量很小,可以忽略不计。
The method is established to evaluate the uncertainty for determination of zinc in infant formula milk powder by flame atomic absorption spectroscopy( FAAS) with microwave digestion. The content of zinc in the sample was calculated according to the mathematical model. The sources of uncertainty in the process of measurement were analyzed,and the components of uncertainty were evaluated and quantified. The synthetic standard uncertainty and extended uncertainty were calculated. The content of zinc in the sample was 53. 3 mg/kg by FAAS. The expanded uncertainty was 3. 6 mg/kg( k = 2). The results show that the determination of zinc concentration in the sample solution and the repeated determination were the main sources of uncertainty,followed by the standard recovery of the sample,and the uncertainty caused by other factors can be ignored.
