摘要 目的:建立一种色素含量高的蔬菜样品中多种有机磷和氨基甲酸酯类农药残留的检测方法。方法:样品用乙腈提取,弗罗里硅土-活性炭固相柱净化,毛细管农残-II号NPD检测器对11种有机磷和氨基甲酸酯类农药进行检测。结果:甲胺磷、呋喃丹等农残的最低检出浓度为0.02-0.05 mg/L,样品最低检出浓度为2-5×10-3mg/kg。当青菜试样中有机磷农药的添加浓度为0.05-0.20 mg/kg时,敌敌畏回收率在56.00%-68.12%之间,其余在64.00%-106.20%之间。结论:本方法杂质干扰少,操作简便,重现性好,测定结果可靠,是批量样品多组分有机磷定量检测和突发事件中毒定性检测的简便方法。 Objective:To develop a new method to determine the organphosphorus and carbamate pesticide residues in vegetables with high pigment contents. Methods:The samples were extracted by acetonitrile and the extracted solution was cleaned by using frolisil - activated carbon column. The collected solution was analyzed by using GC - NPD and AT - II column. Eleven kinds of organphosphorus and carbamate pesticide residues were determined. Results:The limits of detection for the eleven pesticides ranged form 0. 02 to 0. 05 mg/L. The coveries ranged from 56. 00% -68. 12% for DDV and the rests were 64. 00% - 106. 20% by adding organphosphorus pesticide residues with 0. 05 - 0. 20 mg/kg. Conclusion: The method is highly sensitive, repeatable and applicable.
