摘要
目的建立在线GPC-气相色谱-质谱联用(GPC/GC-MS-MS)法测定绿叶蔬菜中14种农药残留的方法,以便快速高效的测定蔬菜中的多组分农药残留。方法蔬菜样品用QuEChERS方法进行提取、净化,然后利用在线GPC系统,通过液相柱EV-200有效地去除样品中的色素等大分子干扰物质,以GCMS-TQ8040三重四级杆质谱仪为检测器,Q3Scan方法扫描定性,MRM方法扫描定量,同时用青椒空白样品做基质匹配标准溶液。结果该方法的线性范围广,14种农药残留组分在0.05μg/ml-1.00μg/ml浓度内相关系数≥0.9989,平均加标回收率为78.4%~109.0%,方法的检出限(S/N=3)为0.5μg/kg-1.0μg/kg。结论该方法前处理简单、快捷,灵敏度高,回收率好,适用于蔬菜中多种农药残留组分的检测。
Objective To establish an online GPC-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry method for the determination of 14 pesticide residues in green leafy vegetables quickly and efficiently.Methods Vegetable samples were extracted and purified by QuEChERS method,and the liquid phase column EV-200 removed the pigments and other macromolecular interference substances in the samples effectively by the online GPC system.The GCMS-TQ8040 triple quadrupole mass spectrometer was used as the detector.Q3Scan method was adopted for qualitative scanning as well as MRM method for quantification scanning,and the blank sample of green pepper were used as matrix-matched standard solutions.Results The method linear range was wide.The correlative coefficients(r)of 14 pesticide residues was≥O.9989 in the concentration range of 0.05μg/ml-1.00μg/ml.The average recoveries were 78.4%-109.0%,the detection limits(S/N=3)were within 0.5μg/kg-1.0μg/kg.Conclusion The method is simple and fast with high sensitivity and recovery,rates,which is suitable for the detection of multiple pesticide residues in vegetables.
