马铃薯蛋白质和水溶性糖含量测定 被引量:4

摘要 以喷施5%氨基寡糖素水剂,60%光合细菌粉剂,0.5%香菇多糖水剂和6%寡糖·链蛋白可湿性粉剂4种药剂防治马铃薯Y病毒病进行田间试验,于采收期采收该马铃薯为供试材料,采用考马斯蓝法和蒽酮比色法测定马铃薯蛋白质和水溶性糖含量。结果表明,蛋白质含量范围为1.32%~1.91%,平均含量为1.66%,含量最高的是编号为23、采样小区为光合细菌中剂量区②,水溶性糖含量范围为1.01%~1.52%,平均含量为1.28%。含量最高的是编号为31、采样小区为寡糖·链蛋白中剂量区①。SPSS进行方差分析统计可知喷施4种杀菌剂与清水对照蛋白质含量均显著差异(p<0.05),与清水对照水溶性糖含量均显著差异(p<0.05)。检测结果和方法可为马铃薯加工行业提供实用参考价值,为马铃薯营养成分检测提供方法分析和数据支撑。 A field experiment was carried out to control potato virus Y disease by spraying 5%amino-oligosaccharide aqueous solution,60%photosynthetic bacteria powder,0.5%lentinan aqueous solution and 6%oligosaccharide·chain protein wettable powder,the potato was harvested at the harvest stage as the test material,the contents of potato protein and soluble sugar were determined by Coomassie blue method and anthrone colorimetry.The results showed that the protein content ranged from 1.32%~1.91%,with an average of 1.66%,sample plot was the dose region of photosynthetic bacteria②,content of water-soluble sugar ranged from 1.01%~1.52%,with an average of 1.28%,The highest content was No.31,and the sample plot was oligosaccharide·chain proein medium dose region①,Statistical analysis of variance by SPSS showed that there were significant differences in protein content between spraying 4 fungicides and the control group(p<0.05),and water-soluble sugar content between the control group and the control group(p<0.05).Results and methods could provide practical reference for potato processing industry,and provide method analysis and data support for potato nutritional composition detection.
