4种生物农药对番茄白粉病和早疫病的防效试验

Control Experiments of Four Biological Pesticides on Tomato Powdery Mildew and Early Blight

摘要 采用叶面喷雾法测定了多抗霉素、木霉菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、氨基寡糖素4种生物农药对番茄白粉病、早疫病的防治效果和对番茄生长安全性评价。结果表明:供试的4种生物农药第2次施药后7 d和14 d,以10%多抗霉素可湿性粉剂和1 000亿孢子/g枯草芽孢杆菌可湿性粉剂对番茄白粉病防治效果最好,其防治效果分别为69.1%、80.0%和67.7%、74.3%;第2次施药后14 d,20 g/L氨基寡糖素水剂对番茄白粉病防效最低,仅为36.2%。4种生物农药第2次施药后14 d,总体来看,以10%多抗霉素可湿性粉剂对番茄早疫病防治效果最好,为85.5%,其次为2亿孢子/g木霉菌可湿性粉剂、20 g/L氨基寡糖素水剂和1 000亿孢子/g枯草芽孢杆菌可湿性粉剂,其对番茄早疫病的防治效果相当,分别为67.7%、65.6%和60.3%。以10%多抗霉素可湿性粉剂防治番茄白粉病和早疫病效果最佳,4种生物农药在试验剂量下均对番茄生长安全。 The leaf spray method was used to determine the control effects of four biopesticides,including polyoxin,trichoderma,bacillus subtilis and amino-oligosaccharide on tomato powdery mildew and early blight,and the safety evaluation on tomato growth.The results showed that control effects of 10% carbendazim WP and 100 billion spores/g bacillus subtilis WP on tomato powdery mildew were the best,with the control effects of 69.1%,80.0% and 67.7%,74.3% at 7th day and 14th day after twice administration;control effects of 20g/L amino oligosaccharide on tomato powdery mildew were the lowest,with the control effects of 36.2% at 14th day after twice administration.In the whole,at 14th day after twice administration of the four biopesticides,control effect of 10% carbendazim WP on tomato early blight was the best,with the control effect of 85.5%.Control effects of 200 million spores/g trichoderma fungi WP,20 g/L amino oligosaccharide and 100 billion spores/g bacillus subtilis WP on tomato early blight were equal,with the control effects of 67.7%,65.6% and60.3%.To sum up,the control effects of 10% carbendazim WP on tomato powdery mildew and early blight were the best,and the four biopesticides with test doses were all safe to tomato growth.
