摘要
莲藕中含有多种抗氧化作用与保健功效的活性成分,具有预防心血管疾病和抑制癌症发生等作用。本研究测定了4个莲藕品种果汁中主要抗氧化活性成分的含量,分析了不同品种对抗氧化性的影响。
Lotus is rich of antioxidative and healthy substances,which help prevent cancer and cardiovascular disease.In this paper,the contents of antioxidant components in four kinds of lotus juices and their relative contribution to the antioxidant activities were analyzed.
