甘肃中部旱作区专用型马铃薯品种筛选与评价 被引量:2

Screening and Evaluation of Special Potato Varieties in the Central Arid Region of Gansu

摘要 对甘肃省内外20份高产优质马铃薯新品种进行了品种对比试验,比较了不同马铃薯品种生育期、植株表型特征、薯块性状、产量和品质等性状,并对各品种的品质性状进行聚类分析,通过综合分析评价,以期筛选出适宜在甘肃中部旱区推广种植的不同用途专用型品种。结果表明,甘农薯7号、陇薯15号、甘引6号和陇薯14号等4个品种生育期适中,田间长势好,块茎性状好,干物质含量均在22.0 g/100 g以上,淀粉含量均在17.0%以上,还原糖含量均在0.3 g/100 g以下,折合产量均在40 000 kg/hm~2以上,综合表现优异,可作为食品加工型品种在甘肃中部旱区进行示范推广;同薯29号淀粉含量高达18.53%,商品薯率高达93.4%,平均单薯重高达185.2 g,折合产量为34 176.6 kg/hm~2,可作为淀粉加工型品种在甘肃省中部旱作区进行示范推广;晋薯16号、中薯22号、中薯19号、冀张薯14号、V 7和希森6号等6个品种薯形好,块茎整齐度高,薯皮光滑,芽眼浅,干物质含量、淀粉含量和还原糖含量适中,折合产量均在40 000 kg/hm~2以上,品种适应性强、丰产性高,可作为中部旱区鲜食型品种进行示范推广。 A variety comparison experiment was conducted on 20 new potato varieties with high yield and high quality in Gansu Province,and the growth period and plant phenotype,potato block characters,yield,quality and other characters of different potato varieties were compared,and the quality characters of various varieties were analyzed by cluster analysis,through comprehensive analysis and evaluation,in order to screen out the special varieties suitable for spreading planting in the central arid region of Gansu.The results showed that the four varieties Gannong potato No.7,Long potato No.15,Ganyin potato No.6 and Longpotato No.14 had moderate growth period,good field growth and good tuber properties.Their dry matter content was above 22.0 g/100 g,starch content was above 17.0% and reducing sugar content was below 0.3 g/100 g,which translated into yield of above 4 000 kg/hm~2,with excellent comprehensive performance,could be used as food processing varieties for demonstration and promotion in the central arid region of Gansu.The starch content of Tong potato 29 was up to 18.53%,the percentage of commercial potato was up to 93.4%,the average weight of single potato was up to 185.2 g,equivalent to the yield of 34 176.6 kg/hm~2,which could be used as a starch processing variety in the dry farming area of central Gansu Province.The six varieties of Jin potato 16,Zhong potato 22,Zhong potato 19,Jizhang potato 14,V 7 and Xisen 6 had good shape,high tuber uniformity,smooth potato skin,shallow eyes,moderate dry matter content,starch content and reducing sugar content,and the equivalent yield was above 40 000 kg/hm~2,the varieties had strong adaptability and high yield,which could be used for demonstration and promotion as fresh food varieties in the central arid region.
