摘要
马铃薯是云南省仅次于玉米和水稻的第三大主要农作物,种植广泛并形成周年生产的特点,全省128个县有马铃薯种植。当前,马铃薯产业已成为促进云南省部分贫困地区农民增收和农村经济发展的重要支柱性产业之一。因此,关注云南省马铃薯产业发展及其在全国马铃薯产业发展中的地位,对发展云南省马铃薯产业具有重要的指导意义。从云南马铃薯种植情况和贸易发展趋势出发,分析了云南马铃薯产业发展情况,并对产业发展提出了建议。
Potato is the third major crop after maize and rice in Yunnan province,which is widely cultivated and has the characteristics of anniversary production. Potato is planted in 128 counties in the province. Potato industry becomes an important pillar industry to increase farmers’ income and develop rural economy in some poverty-stricken areas of Yunnan province. Therefore,it is of great significance to pay attention to the potato industry and trade situation in Yunnan province and the corresponding status in China. The current situation of potato development was analyzed in this paper,and some relevant suggestions were put forward for the industry development in Yunnan province.
