车前草多糖对肉鸡免疫功能的影响 被引量:4

摘要 试验旨在研究日粮中添加车前草多糖(PLP)对肉鸡免疫功能的影响。选择1日龄健康大恒优质肉仔鸡公鸡400只,随机分为4组,每组10个重复,每个重复10只鸡。对照组(A组)饲喂基础日粮,B组、C组和D组分别在基础日粮中添加2、4和6 g/kg的车前草多糖;所有组肉鸡在7日龄和9日龄免疫新城疫和禽流感疫苗。试验期4 w。从1周龄开始,每周测量各组体重、法氏囊重、胸腺重和脾脏重;从2周龄开始,每周采集各组外周血,采用血凝试验(HA)和血凝抑制试验(HI)检测新城疫和禽流感疫苗抗体效价,测定血清细胞因子。结果显示,与对照组(A组)相比,3、4周龄时,D组肉鸡法氏囊指数均极显著提高(P<0.01)。4周龄时,B组新城疫抗体、禽流感H5N1疫苗抗体效价极显著提高(P<0.01)。4周龄时,C组和D组肉鸡血清IFN-γ含量极显著提高(P<0.01),B组肉鸡血清IL-2含量显著提高(P<0.05),C组、D组肉鸡血清IL-2含量均极显著提高(P<0.01)。研究表明,日粮中添加车前草多糖可促进肉鸡法氏囊早期发育,提高疫苗抗体效价,促进部分细胞因子分泌,增强肉鸡免疫功能。 The experiment was to study the effect of dietary supplementation of Plantago asiatica L.polysaccharide on immune function of broilers.400 one-day-old Daheng broiler chicks were randomly divided into four groups with ten replicates per group and ten broilers per replicate.Broilers in group A were fed with basal diet,the diets of group B,group C and group D were supplemented with 2,4 and 6 g/kg PLP.All groups were immunized with Newcastle disease vaccine and avian influenza vaccine at seven and nine days of age.The test period was 4 w.From one week of age,the body weight,bursa,thymus and spleen of each group were measured weekly.From the age of two weeks,the peripheral blood of each group was collected every week,and the hemagglutination test(HA)and hemagglutination inhibition test(HI)for antibody titers of Newcastle disease and avian influenza vaccines were performed to determine serum cytokines.The results showed that compared with the control group(group A),the bursa index of broiler chickens in group D increased significantly at three weeks and four weeks of age(P<0.01).At four weeks of age,the antibody titers of Newcastle disease antibody and avian influenza H5N1 vaccine in group B were significantly increased(P<0.01).At the age of four weeks,the serum IFN-γcontent of broilers in group C and group D was significantly increased(P<0.01),and the serum IL-2 content of broilers in group B was significantly increased(P<0.05),the levels of serum IL-2 of broilers in group C and group D were significantly increased(P<0.01).The experiment indicates that Plantago asiatica L.polysaccharides can promote the early development of the broiler's bursa,increase the antibody titer of the vaccine,promote the secretion of some cytokines,and enhance the immune function of the broiler.
