中药-益生菌制剂对海兰褐蛋鸡免疫机能的影响 被引量:8

摘要 本试验旨在研究日粮添加中药-益生菌制剂对海兰褐蛋鸡体液和细胞免疫机能的影响。试验选用800羽185日龄健康的海兰褐蛋鸡,随机分为4组,每组2个重复,每个重复100只。A组为对照组,仅饲喂玉米-豆粕型基础日粮;B组为复方中药组,在饲喂基础日粮的基础上添加0.5复方中药;C组为益生菌制剂组,在饲喂基础日粮的基础上添加0.3益生菌制剂;D组为中药—益生菌制剂组,在饲喂基础日粮的基础上添加0.3中药-益生菌复合制剂。预试期14 d,正试期35 d。结果表明,D组IgG和IgA含量极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),IgM含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。D组脾脏重显著高于A、B和C组(P<0.05),且A、B和C组间差异不显著(P>0.05);D组法氏囊重和胸腺重极显著高于A、B和C组(P<0.01)。D组脾脏指数显著高于其他三组(P<0.05),法氏囊指数和胸腺指数极显著高于其他三组(P<0.01)。由此表明,D组(中药—益生菌制剂组)能在一定程度上提高蛋鸡的免疫机能。 The purpose of this experiment was to study the effects of traditional Chinese medicine and probiotics on humoral and cellular immune function of Hy-Line Variety Brown.A total of 800185 day old healthy Hy-Line Variety Brown were randomly divided into 4 groups,with 2 replicates in each group and 100 in each replicate.Group A was the control group,only fed corn soybean meal basic diet;Group B was a compound Chinese medicine group,which was supplemented with 0.5%compound Chinese medicine on the basis of basic diet;Group C was probiotic preparation group,which was supplemented with 0.3%probiotic preparation on the basis of basic diet;Group D was the traditional Chinese medicine and probiotic preparation group,and 0.3%traditional Chinese medicine probiotic compound preparation was added to the basic diet.The pre-trial period is 14 days and the pilot period is 35 days.The results showed that the contents of IgG and IgA in group D were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01),and the contents of IgM were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The spleen weight in group D was significantly higher than that in groups A,B and C(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference among groups A,B and C(P>0.05);The weight of bursa and thymus in group D was significantly higher than that in groups A,B and C(P<0.01).The spleen index of group D was significantly higher than that of the other three groups(P<0.05),and the bursa index and thymus index of group D were significantly higher than those of the other three groups(P<0.01).The results showed that group D(traditional Chinese medicine and probiotic preparation group)could improve the immune function of laying hens to a certain extent.
