摘要
针对2207掘进巷道过断层期间施工效率低、支护难度大、支护质量差,导致巷道两帮垮落、顶板破碎下沉等现象,提出了合理有效的过F3断层掘进工艺,并提出对断层破碎区顶板采取大预应力锚杆(索)联合钢棚支护。实际应用效果表明,优化后巷道过断层掘进效率提高至5.2 m/d,有效控制了围岩变形、破碎现象,取得了显著应用成效。
In view of the low construction efficiency,high support difficulty and poor quality of support during the roadway over fault,which leads to the collapse of both sides of the roadway and the sinking of the broken roof,a reasonable and effective roadway tunneling process is proposed for the roadway over F3 fault of 2207 roadway,and the top plate of the broken fault area is supported by large prestressed anchor rods(ropes) combined with steel sheds.After optimizing the construction technology and support technology of 2207 lane over F3 fault,the tunneling efficiency is improved to 5.2 m/d,and the deformation and crushing of surrounding rocks are effectively controlled,which has achieved remarkable application results.
