3300回风巷掘进工作面过断层围岩控制技术研究 被引量:2

摘要 为确保掘进工作面顺利通过F3断层,针对F3断层存在围岩破碎、应力集中问题,通过数值模拟得出断层影响范围为断层两侧30 m,掘进扰动下最大应力达到30.2 MPa。为确保安全过断层,制定后退挑顶法过断层方案及锚网支护+锚索补强+注浆加固支护方案,巷道最大变形量97 mm,支护方案满足断层区域支护要求。 In order to ensure the smooth passage of the driving working face through fault F3,aiming at the problems of broken surrounding rock and stress concentration in fault F3,the influence range of the fault is 30 m on both sides of the fault,and the maximum stress under driving disturbance is up to 30.2 MPa.In order to ensure safe passage through the fault,the scheme of crossing fault by back overhanging method and the scheme of anchor mesh support + anchor cable reinforcement + grouting reinforcement support are worked out,and the maximum deformation of roadway is 97 mm.The support scheme meets the requirements of fault area support.
