摘要
为确保巷道掘进安全并降低断层破碎带围岩变形量,以1506巷掘进过DF21断层破碎带为工程实例,根据巷道围岩岩性,提出综合采用注浆+锚网喷+U型钢对围岩进行控制,并依据现场实际情况对围岩支护参数进行设计。现场应用后,巷道掘进过断层破碎带期间围岩始终保持稳定,巷道顶板、巷帮最大收敛量分别控制在44.3 mm、35.4 mm,取得较好围岩控制效果。
In order to ensure the safety of roadway excavation and reduce the deformation of the surrounding rock in the fault fracture zone,1506 roadway excavation over DF21 fault fracture zone is used as an engineering example,and according to the lithology of the surrounding rock of the roadway,grouting+anchor network spray+U-beam is proposed to control the surrounding rock,and the parameters of the surrounding rock support are designed according to the actual situation on site.After the field application,the surrounding rock always remained stable during the roadway tunneling over the fault fracture zone,and the maximum convergence of roadway roof and roadway gang were controlled at 44.3 mm and 35.4 mm respectively,which achieved good surrounding rock control effect.
