摘要
晋华宫矿2103巷掘进过F3断层时,顶板出现破碎、离层现象,导致巷道顶板支护难度大、支护效果差,制约着巷道安全快速掘进,针对这一问题,采用"撞楔超前支护+丝杆式超前支护+注浆锚杆"等联合支护措施进行巷道顶板维护,采取联合支护措施后,巷道掘进速率提高至4.5 m/d,断层带处顶板下沉量降低至0.12 m以下,取得了显著应用成效。
For the Jinhuagong Mine 2103 roadway mining through the F3 fault,the top plate with broken and delamination phenomenon,leading to the roadway roof support difficulty,support effect was poor,restricting the roadway safe and fast mining,collision wedge advance support+wire rod type advance support+grouting anchor and other joint support measures was adopted for roadway roof maintenance,the mining rate was increased to 4.5 m/d,and the top plate subsidence at the fault zone was reduced to less than 0.12 m,with significant application results.
