摘要
以山西温庄煤矿21505工作面回风巷地质条件为基础,对掘进巷道过断层技术与顶板控制措施进行了研究,提出采用松动爆破的工艺方法来通过断层,并采用注浆+交错密集钢带+架棚联合支护措施来控制顶板。现场实践结果表明,巷道过断层效率有了明显的提升,过断层期间无冒顶等情况出现。
Based on the geological conditions of the air return roadway in the 21505 working face of Wenzhuang Coal Mine,Shanxi Province,this paper studies the fault passing technology and the roof control measures of the driving roadway,and puts forward the technology method of loose blasting to pass through the fault,and adopts the combined support measures of grouting,staggered dense steel belt and shed to control the roof.The result of field practice shows that the efficiency of roadway passing through fault has been improved obviously,and there is no roof falling during passing through fault.
