摘要
为有效解决掘进工作面过断层时煤体破碎、顶板冒落等问题,采用注浆加固与锚网索架棚联合支护技术,通过注浆加固破碎煤体提高煤体强度,采用全长锚固、喷浆、架棚加强支护等措施,保证掘进工作面顺利过断层。结果表明:该技术能够有效控制破碎煤体及顶板,相比传统支护掘进效率提升35%。
In order to effectively solve the problems of coal breaking and roof falling when the driving face passes through the fault,the combined support technology of grouting reinforcement and anchor mesh cable shed is adopted,the strength of the broken coal body is improved by grouting reinforcement,and the measures of full-length anchoring,grouting and shed reinforcement are adopted to ensure the driving face to pass through the fault smoothly.The results show that the technology can effectively control the broken coal body and roof,and the driving efficiency is increased by 35%compared with the traditional support.
