课堂教学视域下课程思政理论与实践的探索--以《创新管理》课程为例 被引量:25

Theoretical and Practical Exploration of Ideological and Political Education in Curriculum from the Perspective of Classroom Teaching--Take the Course“Innovation Management”as an Example

摘要 【目的/意义】在课程思政建设全面启动阶段,高校教育亟待思考如何更好地将思政教育全方位贯穿于专业课程。【设计/方法】首先在理论上明晰课程思政的价值意蕴、统一课程思政的教学目标、创新课程思政的教学方法、挖掘课程思政的思政元素;在此基础上,以电子科技大学经济与管理学院开设的《创新管理》在课程思政建设过程的长期实践,归纳总结出课程思政的实践方法。【结论/发现】课程思政建设的价值在于赋能学科建设、落实立德树人;确立知识、能力与价值的教学目标;创新多种方法动态结合运用;挖掘顶天、立地和策己等维度的思政元素,将爱国主义、服务人民、个人进取与创新结合起来,实现创新教育与思政教育的融合,期望为高校各类专业课程开展思政教育提供参考与借鉴。 [Purpose/Significance]In the full construction phase of the ideological and political education in curriculum,universities need to reflect on how to integrate ideological and political education with the professional curriculum.[Design/Methodology]This study firstly clarifies the value,teaching objectives,teaching methods and elements of ideological and political education in the curriculum in theory.Then,based on the experience in ideological and political education of“Innovation Management”offered by School of Management and Ecomomics of Electronic Science and Technology of China,this study summarizes how the value,teaching objectives,teaching methods and elements of ideological and political education in curriculum work in practice.[Conclusions/Findings]As a result,our findings show that the value of ideological and political education in curriculum lies in discipline construction and cultivating people with morality.In addition,the teaching objectives have knowledge,ability and value dimensions.Furthermore,the teaching methods could be combined to use dynamically.Besides,ideological and political elements could be excavate from nation,people and individuals dimensions to combine innovation education with ideological and political education.It is hoped that these findings could provide a reference for the development of ideological and political education in various professional curricula for universities.
