摘要
近年来,高校毕业生“慢就业”现象的形成与劳动力市场供给增长相对过快、产业转型升级下结构性矛盾突出、家庭收入水平提高下就业紧迫性减弱、高等教育投入产出比相对下降、大学生自我定位缺失有关。应对“慢就业”问题需立足于提升人才培养质量、推动精准化就业服务、树立科学职业发展理念、建立积极的就业态度,最终实现就业指导服务的提质增效。
The phenomenon of delayed employment in recent years can be attributed to several factors:fast growing supply of labor,structural problems caused by industry transformation and upgrading,reduced urgency of finding employment as a result of bettered family conditions,lower input-output ratio of higher education and lack of self-orientation.To tackle the problem,colleges and universities must improve the quality of talent cultivation,provide precise career guidance and employment service,and help students to form a positive attitude towards employment and a scientific perspective on career advancement.
