摘要
就业工作是关乎社会民生、经济发展和社会稳定的国家大事,备受社会广泛关注,然而在现阶段就业形势严峻的大背景下,在国家、社会和高校大力促进高校毕业生就业的同时,大学生“不就业”“慢就业”群体不断扩大,对经济社会发展产生较大影响。本文聚焦当前出现的大学生“不就业”“慢就业”现象,从大学生自身内在因素角度,在“不就业”“慢就业”特征分析的基础上,探讨“不就业”“慢就业”现象的成因,并提出一些应对措施和策略。这对于提高大学生就业质量,落实人才发展战略,促进经济社会健康发展具有重要意义。
Employment rate has been a high-profile state affair associated with people's livelihood,economic development,and social stability.However,it has been significant affected due to the fact that the number of college graduates with the traits of unemployment and delayed employment has been constantly increased under the background of current severe employment situation and the employment promotion coming from the support of government,social,and higher educational organizations,This paper specifically focuses on the phenomenon of college graduates with the traits of unemployment and delayed employment,discusses the internal causes of the phenomenon based on the analysis of the characteristics,proposes countermeasures and strategies.This is of great significance to improving the employment quality of college students,implementing the talent development strategy,and promoting the healthy development of economy and society.
