摘要
以互联网为核心的信息技术的崛起,不仅引发了社会结构和行为方式的转变,而且导致了的各种社会问题的涌现。基于风险社会视域,把"网络风险社会"视为一个整合性的概念,有助于深化对网络社会问题的结构和机制的认识。面对网络社会的流动、去中心、去边界、时空拼贴、过度互联,以及网络行为的身体不在场、身份不确定特征,风险管理是控制和化解网络社会问题的基本策略选择。
The rise of information technology, taking internet as the core, has not only initiated the transformation of social structures and behavioral patterns, but alsoresulted in various social prob- lems. We can understand the structure and mechanism of network society problems better if we re- gard network risk society as an integrated concept, based on the perspective of risk society. This ar- ticle argues that risk management is a basic strategy to control and solve the problems of network society when we are confronted with the characteristics of network society such as mobility, decen- tralization, borderlessness, space-time stitching and excessive interconnection, and those of network behavior such as body absence and identity uncertainty.
