摘要
高校学生资助是党和国家高度关注的民生工程,也是国内外教育研究领域关注的重要课题。本文立足学生资助工作实践,运用理论与实践相结合、历史与逻辑相统一的思维方式,提出高校学生资助的主要矛盾是学生日益增长的多样化资助需求与不平衡不充分的资助资源配置之间的矛盾,破解这个矛盾需要我们构建“按需助学”模式,建立基于学生发展“SCI模型”的发展型资助体系。
Granting financial aid to needy college students is a livelihood project that the Party and the state pay great attention to.It is also an important subject of attention in the field of education research at home and abroad.Based on work experience in this field,this article points out that the main issue to be addressed is the gap between students'increasingly diverse needs and the inadequate,unequally distributed financial aid resources.A good way to solve the problem is to create a need-based financial aid mode and establish a development-oriented student financial aid system.
