摘要
目的:分析老年精神疾病护理管理中应用马斯洛需求层次理论护理干预后,对患者精神状态与日常生活能力的影响。方法:选取2018年12月-2019年12月广东省惠州市复员退伍军人医院的62例老年精神疾病患者,按照数字分表法将其分为两组,各31例。对照组实行常规护理管理,观察组实行马洛斯需求层次理论,对比护理效果。结果:观察组患者的精神性症状(焦虑抑郁、思维障碍、缺少活力、激活性、敌对猜疑)改善情况优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组日常生活能力高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的护理满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用马洛斯需求层次理论对老年精神疾病患者进行护理管理,能够进一步改善患者的精神状态以及日常生活能力,同时还可以提高患者对护理干预的满意度。
Objective:To analyze the influence of Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory nursing intervention in nursing management of elderly psychiatric disorder on the patient's mental state and activities of daily living.Methods:A total of 62 elderly patients with psychiatric disorder in Demobilized Veterans Hospital of Huizhou City from December 2018 to December 2019 were selected and divided into two groups according to the number table method,with 31 cases in each group.The control group implemented routine nursing management and the observation group implemented Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory.The nursing effect was compared.Results:The improvement of mental symptoms(anxiety and depression,thinking disorder,lack of vitality,activation,hostility and suspicion)in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the daily living ability of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory nursing in nursing management of elderly patients with psychiatric disorder can further improve the patient's mental state and activities of daily living,and also can increase the satisfaction of patients with nursing intervention.
