摘要
目的探讨采用流程管理在精神科护理工作中的应用效果。方法选择2010年9月～2011年10月在精神科全面流程管理实施前后的患者共23例,其中,精神分裂症4例,双相障碍3例,精神活性物质所致精神障碍5例,焦虑症7例,强迫症4例,观察对比这些病例在采用流程管理的1个月、3个月和6个月住院时间、就诊时间和再次就诊间隔时间的变化。用SPSS11.5版统计学软件包进行统计学分析。结果在实施全面流程管理的1个月、3个月和6个月时,对患者进行比较分析,患者的住院时间和就诊时间都有明显的缩短,再次就诊的间隔时间明显延长,P值分别为0.032,0.029和0.014(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论全面流程管理在精神科护理管理中的应用效果良好,值得推广。
Objective To explore the process management in psychiatric care of the application effect. Methods Choose in September 2010-October 2011 in psychiatric in full implementation of process management and patients were 23 cases, including schizophrenia in 4 cases, duplex obstacles in 3 cases, spirit active material of mental disorder due in 5 cases, anxiety in 7 cases, obsessive-compulsive disorder in 4 cases, observed the change of hospitalization time, visit time and once again visit time in contrast with process management one month, three months and six months in hospital. Results In the implementation of the comprehensive process management of one month, three months and six months, the comparison and analysis of patients, patients＂ hospitalization time and visit time were obviously shortened, once again visit time was significantly longer, P value were 0.032, 0.029 and 0.014 （P 〈 0.05）, the analysis were statistically significant. Conclusion The overall process management in psychiatric care management application effect is good, and it is worthy to be popularized.
