摘要
目的:分析家属与患者心理干预对门诊烧烫伤患者的治疗依从性以及对心理应激反应的影响。方法:收集我院2019年7月-2020年12月期间门诊收治87例烧烫伤患者,根据干预方式差异分组研究,包括参照组(n=45)与研究组(n=42),参照组仅行门诊常规护理,研究组则在此基础上应用家属与患者心理干预措施。观察两组患者治疗依从性、心理应激程度。结果:研究组治疗依从性高于参照组(P<0.05);研究组思维障碍、焦虑抑郁、激活性、缺乏活力、敌对猜疑项目评分降低程度比参照组明显(P<0.05)。结论:家属与患者心理干预可有效提升门诊烧烫伤患者治疗依从性,缓解负面情绪,减少其心理应激障碍,有助于维持良好护患关系,值得推广。
Objective:To analyze the effects of psychological intervention between family members and patients on the treatment compliance and psychological stress response of patients with burns and scalds.Methods:87 patients with burn and scald treated in the outpatient department of our hospital from July 2019 to December 2020 were collected.They were divided into two groups according to the difference of intervention methods,including the reference group(n=45)and the study group(n=42).The reference group only received outpatient routine nursing,and the study group applied psychological intervention measures between family members and patients on this basis.The treatment compliance and psychological stress of the two groups were observed.Results:The treatment compliance of the study group was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).The scores of thinking disorder,anxiety and depression,activation,lack of vitality,hostility and suspicion in the study group were significantly lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Psychological intervention between family members and patients can effectively improve the treatment compliance of outpatients with burn and scald,alleviate negative emotions,reduce their psychological stress disorder,and help to maintain a good nurse-patient relationship,which is worthy of promotion.
