摘要
目的探讨深Ⅱ°烧烫伤患者创面愈合情况及其影响因素。方法我院收治300例深Ⅱ°烧烫伤患者,其中创面愈合良好243例(81.00%),创面愈合不佳57例(19%),分别纳入创面愈合良好组和不良组;分析患者创面愈合情况及其影响因素。结果创面愈合良好组与不良组患者在病程、是否吸烟、身体营养情况、治疗方式、敷料类型、换药依从性评分、烧烫伤知识知晓情况评分、并发糖尿病、创面面积、疼痛情况评分、感染评分以及并发症发生等方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);病程、吸烟、并发糖尿病、创面面积大、创面感染以及并发症发生为影响深Ⅱ°烧烫伤患者创面愈合独立危险因素(P<0.05),体质量指数高、手术治疗、透气敷料类型、换药依从性评分高以及烧烫伤知识知晓评分高是影响深Ⅱ°烧烫伤患者创面愈合保护因素(P<0.05)。结论深Ⅱ°烧烫伤患者尽早采取正确治疗方式,保证患者营养以及提高患者病情知晓情况可以促进患者创面愈合良好。
Objective To investigate the wound healing of patients with deep second degree burn,and analyze the influence factors.Methods Three hundred patients with deep second degree burn treated in our hospital were enrolled in the study.Among them,there were 243(81.00%)cases with good wound healing,and 57(19%)cases with poor wound healing.Thus,they were included in the good wound healing group and the poor wound healing group,respectively.The status of wound healing and its influence factors were analyzed.Results Univariate analysis showed that there were significant differences in the course of disease,smoking,nutrient status,treatment method,dressing type,compliance with dressing change score,awareness score of knowledge about burn,diabetes,wound area,pain score,infection score and complications between the good wound healing group and the poor wound healing group(P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that course of disease,smoking,diabetes,large wound area,wound infection and complications were independent risk factors affecting wound healing of patients with deep second degree burn(P<0.05),while high body mass index,surgical treatment,breathable dressing,high score of compliance with dressing change and high awareness score of knowl edge about burn were protective factors(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with deep second degree burn should be given correct treatment as soon as possible.Ensuring nutrition and improving awareness of condition can promote good wound healing of patients.
